This is a 3 week program, consisting of 18 lessons, with 2 extra bonus lessons available in free trial.
This program is designed for beginners and the aim of this is just solid regular daily practice. This is something you can just practice daily for maintenance and building a solid foundation in your training form.
Each week contains:
- 5 days of active strong practices
- 1 day surya namaskar followed by passive chill flow
- 1 day off
